| I first noticed this on my new citrus tree, but now I'm seeing it all over my garden. What is it and how do I get rid of it?
Thanks! |

| Looks like some type of midge. hortster |

| That's exactly what I would guess, too, hortster. I'd also guess that it is one of the non-biting species. Any special reason why you want to get rid of them, Renee? Midges don't harm plants. |

| OMG the natural environment is intruding on the garden! Kill it! Sorry, couldn't help myself. :-D |

| "Any special reason why you want to get rid of them, Renee? Midges don't harm plants." If they don't harm the plants, then I don't mind them. I noticed that they were on everything I've planted outside and immediately tried to see if I could find them online. Amazing how many other bugs fit my same description for these things :) Thanks for the help everyone! |
