What's up with my acorn squash?

Can anyone tell me what going on with this acorn squash? I have no idea , since this is second time in 10+ years I've tried to grow one. The yellowing spots have no eggs under leaves. We did have a few major rain storms last week.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ken,
Thank you for your response. Yes I agree, could be from hail. Also yes ,good drainage in pot. I had to put the acorn squash in a large pot due to numerous wild cats laying on everything in my garden! They've made themselves a home here. I do have lots of Canna this year. My favorite flower to be sure. Thanks again for the help.
