Weeping Cherry tree problem

Hi,
I have had this problem now for 2 years and would like to know what could be causing this. In the spring the tree looks wonderful then as the summer comes and the cherries are on the tree the leaves start to look like the attached picture and start to fall off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
