Help! My spinach, swiss chard, and beet leaves are changing color

Hi Everyone,
Is anyone able to tell me what is going on with the leave of my spinach, beet and swiss chard plants? They are all turning a yellowish white and shriveling. Also, a couple of my beets are getting red spots on the leaves. Is this normal or is something wrong.
