Looks like a diamond back moth. If so, its caterpillar-kids chow down on brassicas (cole crops) of all sorts.

Jean, thank you for the reply. I did not kill it yesterday. Next time every insects I'd take the pictures and kill except Lady Bug.

That is not the right reaction, chilliwin. You don't want to kill every insects you see except for ladybugs. Most that you will observe in your garden will be beneficial or benign.

You should look up these insects to see what the eggs, pupae, and caterpillar all look like and get after them that way. One moth can lay many eggs.

Rhizo, thank you for the feedback. Still now I haven't found any eggs but randomly I saw few whitefly and tiny green fly (not aphid).
