So I was very happy with the cucumbers, harvesting some everyday, and they were great. Then two days ago I saw a hole in one of them, cut it open and this was inside it.(see pic). I have spent the last two days throwing away about 30 cucumbers...and checking over everything. Turns out not only are these things in the cucumbers but they are also inside the vine its self...I just lost my cucumber vines in the greenhouse due to mildew, I don't want to lose these too. Is there anything I can do? They don't seem to be bothering anything else in the garden, it is a SFG so the plants are close but no sign of them in the tomatoes or peppers or anything else...Pepper spray does not seem to help as I spray the whole garden every week.sorry about the pic, only have a camera phone...this one is about 1" but I have seen them from 1/4" to about 1 1/2" long...it's not a caterpillar, I had them but the pepper spray keeps them away....
