Hello,

I have a jalapeno pepper in a pot on my porch. Though it is growing and flowering well, it has developed tiny brown spots on the leaves. I cannot find signs of any insects. The only thing I can find that looks like my problem is bacterial spot disease. Is this what my plant has? And if it does have this disease, what should I do? The pepper is sitting between two tomatoes and I do not want them sick as well.
