| I just noticed something had attacked the Manhattan shrubs along our sidewalk. I can't even tell if these are tiny bugs or just a disease. Help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. |

| I always say, "If it's euonymous (Euonymous kiautschovicus 'Manhattan'), the problem is scale." And yours is covered with it. Scale insects are THE primary pest of this plant; Manhattan may even be considered especially susceptible. |
