A leaf miner got the first nasturtium. A tiny fly or moth laid an egg in the leaf and the larva munched around. Unless there is a lot of it I'd just let it be. It's possible that the same thing happened in the other nasturtium leaf, but usually the tunnels show. If you open up the bubble (is it bubbled? Top and bottom of leaf separated?) is there insect poop inside?

If anyone has help with the basil or peppers, I would really appreciate it. Tonight, the otherwise healthy looking plants I had mailed were all wilting...one of them is the picture with the dark stem. Sigh.

The first pic is definitely a leaf miner....
The basil has a bit of sun scorch and the rest of the pics of leaves have various "minor damage" of leaf spots caused by fungus or other things like insects on leaves (hard to see from your photos)
The bottom line is that most of this damage will not interfere with photosynthesis as long as the terminal part of the plant is healthy....
I would simply remove the damage leaves if the sight of them bothers you.....

Is the basil safe to eat if I wanted? It was put in mostly as a beneficial. And the other spots, will they spread if I leave them? Or affect fruits as they come? Those are my major concerns.

The wilting pepper plants were mailed a while ago Ken so that is not it. I am wondering if the weather dipped a little or maybe those plants were feeling dry. They look better now.
