Peppers problem question...

I have a little bed(4X4) with all different varieties of peppers,some I grew my self and the other half I purchase...I have been fighting slugs and when i tough I had win,this brown spots are all over my plants wanna make me cry.I did some"research" and I think is BLS,the problem is that I haven't find a clear explanation with the steps to follow,what to use on them? or if is worth it keeping the plants?,start over or anything else...Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated,Thanks in advance.

Yes, tsugajunkie:D Bacterial Leaf Spot,thanks for the link.jean001a:D photobucket does not let me acces my account:(,agrrr...I have Sulfur podwer by bonide(I believe)and it suppost to be organic with option to make it spray but since I don't have a sprayer,I may just sprinkle the podwer the warnings on the bag are so harsh is scary...Does anyone have experience with this product in particular?
