Asian pear, looks like something blossomed in the fruit

Hello,
I found what looks like a blossom in my Asian pears. I found one of these a week ago, today I found five fruits with this condition. I promptly removed them from the tree. Has anyone else seem them? It doesn't look anything like a common pear disease so I'm stumped.
