What's killing my Jasmine

Hi All,
Havent been able to figure out why my Jasmine tree is so upset. Hoping to get some help. I bought it a month ago and brought it home and since then the buds havent bloomed and the leaves have started yellowing at the crown and basically throughout the tree. Couple of things that may help:

1 - I live in Dubai so its hot and humid. I have the plant sitting in a bright shady place, so it doesnt receive direct sunlight which would probably burn it at this time of year.

2 - the nursery re-potted it into some standard potting mix which to the best of my estimate is mix of bog peat and clay with 50-300 mg/L N, 80-300 mg/L Phosphorus and 80-400 mg/L K

3 - Pot has drainage holes and i'm making sure to let the soil dry out between watering. Checked the roots, they seem to be ok although there seem to be a lot of little roots that are scattered in the soil (not connected to the plant - looks like these little roots were torn off or something)

I'm attaching pictures of the yellowing leaves. Any ideas?

Thanks guys. Any help appreciated.
