You have efficient tools at hand: called fingers. Squish, squish, ... you get the idea. Wear gloves if needed.

Or wash them off with a harsh water spray, and repeat as needed every several days.

Or obtain insecticidal sop, dilute it according to directions, and spray directly onto the aphids, then repeat as needed every several days..

Also I read that they will fly away and not likely establish in your yard. You would have to contain them somehow with row covers or fine netting to keep them there. And then when their food is gone let them free.

Jean's ideas seem easier and are effective.
