Yep, foe. Planthopper. The youngster. Adults look like a green thorn or 3-corner hat.

Planthopper? I researched it some , but planthopper does not look like this critter.
Maybe its the picture, but this critter has spikes on its back-black/brown w/reddish copper dots ,not the 70's haircut the planthopper nymphs appear to have. Although I did find one species that was similar.

Tonio, look up 'tree hopper nymphs' and see if you don't find something that looks a little bit more like your critter.
