It appears that the black fluffy stuff is Rhizopus (black rot), a common fruit rot of stone fruit. For the home gardener, the remedy is prompt harvesting before the fruits are fully ripe, followed by refrigeration -- or eat it; that is, before the rot spreads!

The leaves look like they may have a common disease that attacks stone fruits -- shothole fungus.

In general, peaches require annual dormant sprays to keep them healthy. Contact your county's Extension Service office to determine what's best to do in your region.
