| My callistemon looks awful! It has some kind of scale and something else, a fungus maybe?

I have been removing as many of the scales as possible, as well as bad leaves, but it's almost in all of them. Could this be because I moved it to an area that gets full sun most of the day? It previously only got 2 hours of full sun. |
