Such a beautiful garden, by the way. What kind of tomato is featured at the top of the blog? I want to say Mr. Stripey, but I'm not up on my heirloom varieties.

Those tomatoes are Burpee Delicious which are generally all we raise. Great tomato taste, meaty, not a lot of seeds, great for canning. Some have grown to over 2 1/2 pounds.

The link below is from 2010. We had two rows with 14 tomato plants in each row (actually 56 plants total, we raise two seedlings in a cup and plant both plants in each hole.
