Help ID This Bug

I have a Ragged Jack Kale that is covered with these things (center stem in picture). Two feet away, is a Dinosaur Kale, that has none. I go out every day and try to wipe them off, but by the next day, it is covered again. They are tiny and white and seem to amass by the hundreds.

If I can figure out what they are, I'm hoping I can either cook up some natural pesticide or companion plant to get rid of them (I try to stay organic). These things are simply overwhelming my plant.

Please help!

aphids. They are sucking the plant's sap. Not a good thing.

If you only miss one, and it can repopulate the plant.

So continue to wipe them off. Or you could blast them off with a harsh water spray. Continue to repeat as needed.
