Garden plants have white/brown spots

I'm new to gardening. I recently planted two raised beds for vegetable plants. All of my plants looked great until I noticed yesterday that almost all of them have little white or brown spots on the leaves and also the stems. The spots are all over- not just on the bottom leaves. Can anyone help me identify the problem and a possible solution?
