Striped cucumber beetles

This is only my 3rd year gardening, 2nd with a remotly decent sized garden. 1st year growing cucumbers.

I have a large invasion of striped cucumber beetles. Insectidal soap and neem oil isn't helping, at least not enough. And I can't seem to do enough hand picking to keep up. I tried baiting a tanglefoot trap with clove oil but didn't have much success.

I've already lost one cucumber plant to what looks like bacterial wilt, and now a 2nd is looking really droopy.

SO FAR I'm not seeing signs of wilt anywhere else in the garden, but the beetles are everywhere.

I'm still working my way through threads on here about cucumber beetles, theres alot of them. But I see beneficual neematodes mentioned. So I'm looking at that. What else should I be trying? What can I do to try to prevent them from over-wintering in the beds?
