First thing to do is put that bottle in a zip loc bag, and then put that bag in another zip loc bag, and then wash thoroughly and call the New York Dept of Ag pesticide regulation and ask how you can dispose of it.

Please don't try to use that on something. It is one of the most persistent (in the environment) insecticides ever made.

Dieldrin is an insecticide widely used many years ago that is now banned for sale in the United States because of its persistance and bioaccumulating ability.
As buckeye suggested doubled bag that bottle and check when there will be a Hazardous Materials pick up drive in your area.

This stuff is deadly. Do NOT pour it down the drain down the driveway to be taken into the municipal system.

It is not only of no use to you as a pesticide, but is against Federal laws for you to use it. You're a smart man....do some more googling.
