Yeah, looks like the potato beetle. According to the University of New Hampshire (link below) Three-lined potato beetles are found on plants in the family Solanaceae. I'm guessing that dethcheez meant to type "Brug" (short for Brugmansia) instead of Burg. Brugmansia is in the Solanaceae family.
Nice ID on the Three-lined potato beetles rhizo, I would not have gotten that one. Have never heard or seen one of those critters actually ... and I have three large Datura plants :-)
