Problem with sunflowers

Hi, I'm new to this forum but I've read a lot of posts regarding tomato plants in here and I'm very happy to see that a lot of knowledgeable users usually visit this site and help newbies like me.
Right now I'm having this problem with my sunflowers, since yesterday these things appeared on its leaves and I don't know what are they or what to do.
If someone could help me then I'll be very grateful, thank you =)
