worm tracks on my eggplant leaves?

Hello!
I have found a lot of posts about flea beetles, but can't find anything about the kind of worm tracks (not sure) that I am seeing. My leaves were healthy last night, and now all the lower ones look like the attached picture.
I'm also seeing signs of the same thing on one of my zucchini leaves. Want to stop this before it gets bad - any suggestions?
