Pepper plant problem

Hello!

I am new at gardening, and i really love it, and i ahve been growing pepepr plants and this is my problem with it (attached picture) I dont know what's been eating my plant that much but i've joined this site so someone could help me the leaves are all weird and like closed kind of weirdly, and the color if any one knows what the problem is please help, i really want to grow this pepper plant well! I wanna make my mom proud!!

I'd look all over the leaves, and the bottoms of the leaves for little caterpillars.

also check at night not all bugs are out during the day. also try putting a piece of duct tape so the stickey part is on the outside around the bottom of the plant for a day or two then check it to see if you cought anything. a kitchen Dixie cup with the bottom cut out and placed around the bottom of the plant on the ground will help to keep some crawling bugs that leave the plant during the day from coming back, I used this to keep cut worms from eating my plants when they first come up.
