Is this Heliconia OK? ++More

Well, it's not exactly a pest and probably not a disease, but I bought a heliconia chartacea rhizome online and received it 2 weeks ago. It looks like this. Is it still alive?

I bought a weeping spruce month ago online and received it maybe 3 weeks ago. It's a 1 year graft. It's health has been spiraling downhill and now looks like this. Is this plant salvageable/ recoverable at this advanced stage of poor health?
I have been pulling off most of the brown needles.

I have a weeping purple leaf beech graft 1 year graft i bought a month ago (same place). It's condition is pretty poor but is that new growth I see? Do you think this plant might be salvageable?

I took a redwood cutting 6 months ago and have no idea if it has rooted. The foliage is mostly brown and I was getting ready to toss, then this... See those green buds, does that mean success?

Cmon, I need the help! The longan is dead, the Heliconia is looking lots worse. A young wisteria fruitescens healthy and growing for years, flowered last month for the first time and dropped dead 3 weeks ago. Now an incredibly valued wisteria macrostachya is systemically yellowing extremely fast. Over half the foliage is gone. Its not a dormancy issue, we are still in the 90s here now. 50's and 60 at night I cannot pinpoint the problem. Good soil good roots good water good light good temp no bugs no disease no problems ever until now. What the heck is wrong??? HELPPP!
