Hi There,

I have a Thai Chili plant with leaves that are curling and falling off. It looks like all the leaves are this way.

I also have a "Garden Salsa" chili plant that is starting to exhibit the same symptoms.

I went out to take pictures tonight and also noticed that the BOTTOM of the leaves are a powdery white.

Can anyone please help identify what might be going on?

Extra info:

-I live in southern california

-I smell nothing around the soil

-Last picture looks like there might be a bug on it? I can't tell.
