Pesty poison ivy in hyssop plant

OK, maybe poison ivy doesn't exactly fit this post but I could find another logical forum. I have a two year old hyssop plant a woody herb that is about 2 ft wide. I had planned to divide it but found a poison ivy plant hidden in the middle. I am very sensitive to poison ivy and wondered if I should just carefully dig up the whole plant and throw it away. Does the urushiol transfer to the leaves of the plants that surround it? If so I couldnt divide this plant. I'm afraid that handling the plant more than just digging it up whole would get the urushiol on me. Its not an expensive plant but it does have beautiful purple flowers that attract bees which is why I bought it for my veg garden. Any suggestions you might have would be appreciated. The picture doesn't show the small poison ivy plant in the middle.
