Curry Leaf Tree Help needed

My curry leaf tree (growing in UAE - high temps of 104 deg. F) is being attacked by something (not sure what). Please help identify this condition and suggest a (non-chemical) remedy safe for edible plants.
The Leaves of this plant are used in cooking, so I do not use any chemicals near it.
