first.. its september.. if you are really in z4 ... what do you plan on preventing before the plants go dormant for winter in 30 days or so???

second... you have used more sprays than i have.. in the last ten years .... why??? .. it really doesnt matter if they organic or not.. if you are using too much.. too often ....

third ... are you using an real soap.. or dish detergent ...it matters ...

4th ... there is no stopping PM this time of year.. remove annuals and be done with them.. cut back perennials and be done with them ... especially in your zone ...

5th.. please link me to the instructions .. that said you could mix them all together ... you took instructions for individual products.. and simply combined them.. and killed your plants ... its obvious to me ... it didnt work..

finally. ... think about getting rid.. in toto.. some of that plants that require the most spraying ... thats how i reduced my spraying to none ... i just got rid of the plants ... there is nothing you cant live without... in the garden ...

Although tank mixes are extremely common and prescribed for many commercial mixes.....with clear labels that you can read....I would never suggest that anyone play a mad scientist with several home made remedies. Never.

Household products may or may not have an antagonistic reaction with each other.

On a commercial product, any recommended tank mixes will be suggested on the labels, with accurate mixing and application directions.

Mixing things together can produce something beneficial (flour, sugar, yeast) or something quite dangerous (bleach and Ammonia), or one substance might cancel the benefits of another. It is seldom a good idea to mix two substances in the hope they might be better, or it may save you time and energy.
Rather than look at "stuff" to mix together a better approach would be to work on making the soil plants grow in into a good and healthy soil so the plants grow up strong and healthy and are better able to ward off insect pests and plant diseases.
