That lead was sun damaged a long time ago (the dark brown areas)
The color of the rest of that leaf is normal for that sort of damage.

It still has green on it so it is still contributing to the tree.

In case your real question is "Is it a disease?" the answer is "No."

its my opinion.. that there is NEVER a leaf issue to solve.. in fall.. on deciduous trees ...

they are going to fall off..

INSURE PROPER watering... dig a hole and find out if your tree has any available moisture in its root zone .. with a hand trowel.. 6 to 12 inches from the trunk ... 3 to 6 inches down ..

the worse thing that you could do.. is let it go into winter.. lacking water due to drought at depth ..
