eggs on underside of umbrella house plant

Hoping someone can comfirm that the attached pic shows some sort of eggs on the underside of my indoor umbrella tree's leaves... also what would be the best way to treat the problem...??

Not eggs.
Instead scale insects. A quite heavy infestation.

i would go buy the appropriate systemic product .. that is to be mixed into the media ...

hoick that thing out into the yard..

apply to the soil as directed..

and leave it outdoors for a week or two in your zone .. IN FULL SHADE ... while it does it thing.. and off-gasses any stink ...

and then drag it back in the house. ..

actually.. what i would do.. is decide the plant isnt worth the cost of the product, nor the effort .. and chuck it in the garbage.. and go get another CLEAN plant to enjoy in the house ...

this is where you now add that it is a treasured family heirloom.. and your life cant go on without it.. if so.. start reading at top again.. lol ...

others have other ways to do it.. above is what i would do.. all the power to you and them otherwise ...

scale is just a big PIA .... and i fight fire with fire.. not hopes and dreams.. lol ...
