Royal poinciana tree dying any help please

Just got a royal poinciana tree installed in my front yard and in 4 days looks like its about to die ..... It's leaves are turning yellow from the bottom toward the top. Then the leaves are shriveling up turning brown and falling of the branches .... Not sure what to do please any advise .....

and how did he tell you to water it????
