I'm sorry, but there is no way that we can tell what happened to that leaf. Just remove it. Is this the only leaf that has done this?

And only you can answer if this plant hasn't been watered enough. Pothos can dry out somewhat between waterings but it should not be allowed to wilt. If the soil feels dryish to the touch when you insert your finger, drench the plant thoroughly.

As always, a good potting medium will be porous and fast draining.

pinch off leaf ... one leaf is never a big deal ... observe for more ...

insert finger in soil ... and let near dry between watering..

snip them off.. hope for the best.. meanwhile.. keep it isolated from any others.. just in case ...

probably the pot dried out for too long.. and that was why they were on super sale ...

you can root this thing with ease ...

or cut it back hard.. to say 3 inches.. repot it.. and it should take off
