my chickens don't eat slugs....

everyone talks about chickens controlling slugs, but my girls have no interest whatsoever in them. what's up with that?

also, what is the difference between slugs and snails? i know snails have a shell, but do they have the same effect in the garden? are they controlled the same way? thanks...

Slugs and snailsdo the same kind of damage and can be controlled the same way.
