One more bug ID please!

I know the white one is a mealy bug, but the ID is for the orange/black bug. He must not eat mealy bugs because he tries to avoid it or goes right past it. He does loves the aphids thou. Took another picture of him with another small orange bug. Could that be a young one of the orange/black bug? Picture to follow. Thanks, Jeannie :)
