Red Bug ID

Hi guys,
I frequently find these tiny red spider-like bugs. Not everyday but about once a week in one area, not on any particular plant. This particular one was on a shiso leaf I was harvesting, which was in that area until yesterday.
Sorry this was the best shot I got after some 50 takes on my phone. :-/
This one was actually much bigger than the miniscule ones I have seen before. I don't find enough to be really worried but they do look evil LOL.
Dunno if it's possible with such a bad photo but an ID would be great to know whether I should obliterate them or leave them.
