Funky Orange Tree Leaves.

I have a young orange tree in a pot and some of the leaves are getting a little funky. I'm curious whether this is from over watering, under watering or some kind of bug or disease.

Though it's a bit difficult to see from the image, it appears to be citrus leaf miner, an insect pest common to citrus of all kinds.

Best I can see might be a leaf miner. You can take a leaf into your local office of your state universities USDA Cooperative Extension Service, in a sealed plastic bag, for a more definitive diagnoses.
