help!? - tomatoe leaves getting eaten by something?

I'm growing some tomatoes hydroponically under LED lights, temps nutrients ph etc. have been stable.

I'm getting some white spots on the leaves almost like patches of the leaves are just dying or getting eaten.

I do have quite powerful light but the temperature is held 60-65. With 500W of full spectrum LEDs.

None of the other plants are exhibiting these issues. And it seems to only be the higher leaves of the tomatoes, closer to the lights... which initially lead me to believe they where getting excessive light as the leaves also looked bleached. So I moved the lights up and hacked off the problem leaves just in case it was a fungus or something. Well it's still getting these spots on leaves that are exposed i.e. top and sides. Is this light too powerful? Have a flowering 180w and a 300w full spectrum.

Any thoughts, or wild guesses would be appreciated.
