Maybe you can try again so that the focus (and light) is a lot better. I can see only aphids and ants, but there are other things there, too. Aphids are what you see in the largest amount.

ok, took a couple more, but they're about the same :/ as far as aphids and ants, are the ants farming the aphids? either way, its a ton of aphids, right? so what should i do?? :(

GardenHoeYo, if the vine(s) can stand it, remove the worst infested leaves and dispose of them in a tightly closed garbage bag to prevent reinfestation. I am almost sure that lady bugs are around or on their way; in fact a nymph is what I might be seeing in the first photograph.
Your combined and ongoing efforts should take care of the problem.
