leaf curl and yellowing on peppers!!!!!!

Hello,
I have been having a problem with my indoor soil grow (43 days from sprout). The leaves of all my peppers seem to be curling up and now they are starting to yellow. All signs are pointing to overwatering, but at the moment I just can't be sure. The room temps are 75 degrees F and 30-35% RH. My last solution ppm was 370ppm, which included pH buffers. The pH of the solution was 6.27. After noticing a problem, I ran clean pH'd water through the soil at 40ppms and tested my runoff, which was 425ppm for one of the peppers with a pH of 7.58!
I would appreciate any feedback and solutions to why the plants are doing what they are doing.

there is an incredibly active pepper forum ... and they take things to the limit...

there is also a hydroponics forum ... but i dont know anything about that ...

you dont mention your light system .. hours .. intensity.. etc ...

I am using a T-5 High Intensity Beam for my light, which is on for 18 hours, off for 6. The ballast inside the light/ bulbs do give off heat, but I am able to keep Temps down to 75 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and 68-69 at night.

Plant leaves curl in response to turgidity, water pressure in the leaves resulting from either too little, or too much, water available to the plant.
Yellowing of leaves, Chlorosis, occurs for a number of reason, all related to nutrient deficiencies. Those deficiencies could be because of too much soil moisture, or too little, or other reasons.
