WANTED: Any Plumeria for total newbie? Cutiings? Seeds? etc?

Hello, I know my list is sparse, especially after frost, I have no cuttings.

But, I would really love to try to grow a plumeria. Websites say that seeds can take up to five yrs!

I was wondering if anybody has any spare cuttings?

For trade or sase?

Or even if spare seeds, if I cannot get cuttings at least I can start to try from seeds? (ouch)

Did you ever find any seeds? I bought some off of ebay. It wasn't very pricey either and in spite of my torturing them from the get-go I am having some decent results.
