| Being in Houston, there are a lot of plumeria growers in the general area. Check out C List, or even Home Depot. You can google Plumeria in Texas and find a few growers too. Check for Plumeria Acres, Emerson Plumeria to name a few. Even the PSA, Plumeria Society of America is based in your area. |
