I ordered some from Brad's Buds and Blooms in Florida, and everything was quality. Plus, they have a healthy variety of seeds. So, I would feel comfortable recommending them.

Florida Colors is usually my first stop for grafted, hard-to-find plants. They also sell rooted cuttings and seeds, too. Very good quality and service and their prices are excellent.

Just remember with seeds that you'll have to wait from 3-5 or even 6 years to see any blooms, and that they will not be the same as the mother plant.
