Wow, very nice, K! Definitely a pleasure to see during this very long winter. Even the inflo stalk is bright red without any summer heat.

Rox, I think that's one of JL's rarer reds from Kara, or the Dole Plantation shop. I have JL's Thai Red from Kara, too, which is still just growing slowly. Can't wait till summer!!

thanks everyone. It is a JL variety. Right now It occupies a sunny spot next to a Norfolk Pine. Hopefully I will get another bloom on the second tip this summer and we can see colors in high heat and humidity.

Nice K! We got our JL Black Rubys at the same time from Kara. Now we know who has the stubborn one. I hope mine will bloom later this year.
