I have brought my plumeria inside due to the cold weather in the bay area. The leaves are starting to shrivel up a bit and I am only giving it water if it is bone dry. My question is can I cut off pieces to make more plants after the leaves all fall off. I bought the cuttings last year and had planted them in April last year.

i am also in bay area - i have 3 little plumies that are still outdoors. i actually want mine to go dormant and get a rest, just have to make sure they don't freeze at all. If you have a heated set up to start a new cutting right now it should be fine. but my house would be too cold still i think to start cuttings right now without extra heat. now might be a good time to take cuttings though...you can get them callused up in time for spring to hit.
