Question regarding seedling

Hi,

I haven't had much time for my plumerias lately....But I have come across a situation that I have not encountered before.
I was blessed with my first seedpod last year, which opened and produced a few viable seeds. I was able to successfully germinate one seed into a little plant. All of my plumerias are kept outside.
Now the little baby plumeria has lost its leaves and gone dormant.
My question is, what should I do with this little plant until spring comes around? Should I take it inside, out of the sun? Leave it out with the elements? Also, do baby plumerias need water when dormant? I typically water my plumerias very sparingly during dormant season.
The picture below is from September, the seed was planted on 7/26/13. For those interested, the seed pod came from a "Hausten White," which is in the ground near other plumerias including "Nebel's Rainbow," "Vera Cruz Rose," and "Pacific Pearl."

Anyone reading, thanks for your time!!!
KCCO!!!
