Seedling tip turned light yellow due to dormancy

Hi everyone! Yesterday I decided to pull out my 2 year old Queen of Hearts Seedling out of the utility room to wake it up. I have another 2 year old seedling Vera Cruz Rose but only my QOH's tip has turned a real light yellow -- the color of leaves that forms without a source of light during dormancy. Is this normal? Will it green back up again after has had some good light? It is still plump, firm and the tip is starting to wake up / getting shiny. I hope it will still perform good for me as it's characteristics is very promising (dark green leaves with red / orange veins).

Sorry no pictures as my battery camera is dead.
