1. When is the best time to graft Plumeria?

| Best to start fertilizing as soon as the first 3 or 4 leaves begin to emerge from your dormant Plumeria. If it is still dormant, or does not have leaves you are wasting your fertilizer. There are some great tips on fertilizing and other Plumeria care in the link below. |
