Yes give it some water. Typically we read to only water once they have some good sized leaves but I like to give mine a drink when they have roots.
you could probably go ahead and put it in a pot but be careful not to hurt the roots.
sun would be good to just let it have some filtered sun for a few hours a day then gradually increase to full sun. if you dont harden it off it could sun burn.

Wow Aztec gold huh? :) I agree with Mike, you should give it some water now that its fully rooted.

Honestly I think it would be okay to put it in a pot now since it has roots all the way down to the bottom. Sounds like to me your cutting has rooted very well.

Good Job getting it rooted. i think it is a good idea to put into a legitimate pot. Judge the size as best as you can but dont be afraid of using a two gallon pot. in 5 years time my AG went from 1 gallon to a 20 gallon container. Good luck and let us know when you get blooms on it.
